After less than 2 years of construction, a "city of seaside" with a scale of up to 420ha has created a new center of the Capital with high-class high-rise subdivisions, luxurious villas and iconic buildings such as the International Standard University, along with the unprecedented scale of landscape and utilities in Vietnam.
In early 2020, a series of key transport projects around the project were started or approved for deployment time.
On 06/01/2020, the intersection connecting Co Linh road to Hanoi - Hai Phong highway was started construction by Hanoi City with a length of nearly 1.5 km. Notably the project to complete the intersection will have a direct connection to the expressway and urban roads to access Vinhomes Ocean Park.
On February 7, 2020, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung approved the policy of investing in the construction of Vinh Tuy Bridge phase 2 with a total budget of 2,540 billion VND, raising the width of the bridge from the current 19m to 38m. The project is expected to start right in 2020, which is especially important for Vinhomes Ocean Park residents who often need to move into the center of the capital.
Besides the two big projects implemented by Hanoi City, Vingroup is asking for the policy of constructing two more overpasses at the intersection between newly opened Dong Du - Duong Xa and the parallel highway Hanoi - Hai Phong to increase connectivity, create favorable conditions for people to go directly to the megacities of Vinhomes Ocean Park and vice versa.
Vingroup will also invest in constructing a bypass road from Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway to 52m Boulevard - the arterial road of the project. In the opposite direction, there will be a direct link from the metropolis to the expressway right next to the current location of VinUni University. This project is especially meaningful to the residents of Vinhomes Ocean Park who often move to the provinces and cities of Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
